Application of DD Paint Matt Gloss
Double Coat DD paint is a high quality polyurethane paint with a matt gloss. For the best result this paint should be sprayed. With a brush or roller this paint can leave streaks. When ordering do not forget to order spray thinner. DD paint matt finish is supplied including hardener.
Before applying DD paint matt finish, the surface must be properly prepared (sanded to 280 grit and degreased). Some surfaces (wood, metal) should be provided with a primer (use HB coating or ZF primer.

All Double Coat paints have their own specific characteristics. For example, the DD paint matt finish has the following properties:
- Very UV stable.
- Highly scratch-resistant.
- High colour stability.

Contents: 670 gr basic component, 330 gr hardener component
Mixing ratio: 67:33 (67 parts by weight of paint and 33 parts by weight of hardener)
Consumption: approx. 125 grams/m2
Contents: 1 kg (base + hardener, for approx. 8 m2)
Application: can be applied with a sprayer with the appropriate amount of spray thinner
Colours: available in various colours. Colours can also be mixed together.
Finish: matt
Processing time: approx. 2 hours
