Especially for water sports, International has Primocon, a primer for sealing and protecting bare surfaces below the waterline. As a maintenance product, this International Primocon primer cannot be left out of our range.

International Primocon primer is an easy-to-apply, tar-free and fast-drying one-component primer for the boat's underwater hull. The primer has an anti-corrosive effect, making it easy to apply on aluminium, polyester, lead, steel, wood, carbon fibre and cast iron. Primocon is used by professional yacht builders, but is also very suitable for boat owners due to its easy application.

Tip: for good adhesion to polyester substrates plus protection against osmosis, we recommend International Gelshield 200 as epoxy primer.

Instruction for use

You can easily apply International Primocon primer with a roller, brush or sprayer. After 1 hour the primer is tack-free and after 3 hours you can already paint over the primer with a new layer of Primocon. After a maximum of 24 hours, the primer is repaintable with any International antifouling, such as Interspeed Extra, Micron LZ and Cruiser One.

Tip: with the auxiliary package for antifouling you immediately have all the materials you need to apply Primocon!
