Proffill Sanitary Ware Repair Kit
- For repairing cracks and holes
- For baths, showers and sinks
- Repair in 15 minutes
Do you have minor damage to your bathroom sanitary ware? With this repair kit, you can easily repair cracks and holes yourself. Avoid expensive repair costs and complete the repair within 15 minutes. This complete kit comes in the most common sanitary white colour, White 1W28, and contains enough material to repair several deep scratches and cracks or one damaged area up to approximately 3 cm in size. This kit allows imperfections to be repaired almost invisibly. It is highly suitable for bathtubs, shower trays and washbasins. The sanitary repair kit consists of a specially pigmented adhesive and an activator formula that has been specifically developed for fast, permanent repairs to standard white acrylic surfaces. This adhesive can also be used perfectly for repairs on enamel and ceramic surfaces, including vertical areas.
How do you repair sanitary wair?
Add the contents of the brown bottle (Component B) to the aluminium bottle (Component A) and mix thoroughly using the stirring stick. Leave the bottle with the cap on for approximately 5 minutes, then draw the mixture into the syringe. Next, attach the microtip to the syringe and generously fill the damaged area. Make sure to apply enough material, as the product will shrink by approximately 20% during curing. Once cured, sand the repaired area smooth using water and the supplied sandpaper. To restore the glossy finish, use the included polishing compound and buff the surface with the polishing cloth.
