RESION G4 polyester primer

- For wood, metal and stone
- 1-component primer
- Fast curing
RESION Polyester Primer (similar to G4 bonding primer) is a one-component primer that you use as a bonding layer for polyester resins on wood, concrete, masonry, old polyester and epoxy layers, metals, etc. The primer is also suitable for model building, as a base layer for further processing or as a finishing layer. By applying the G4 bonding primer you get a very good bond with the polyester laminating resin in combination with fibreglass chopped strand mat that you will apply later.
Instructions for use polyester primer
The polyester primer consists of one component, so you do not have to mix the polyurethane resin with a hardener and you can apply the resin directly to the surface with a flat brush or fleece roller. You can dilute the bonding resin with PU thinner if desired. Depending on the temperature and humidity, you can then continue processing polyester after 30 minutes. By evaporating, the bonding resin will dry and, when it is dry, you can continue processing the polyester resin.
