The Resin Infusion Connector (RIC) is a practical accessory for resin infusion. The connector allows you to easily connect a 12 mm spiral hose to the resin feed line or vacuum line underneath the vacuum bag.
After resin infusion, the Resin Infusion Connector can be easily cleaned and reused. The connector is suitable for temperatures up to 120°C and for spiral hoses and infusion tubes with a diameter of 12–13 mm.
Directions for use
- Place the Resin Infusion Connector over the spiral hose.
- Apply the vacuum bag and make sure it fits neatly over the connector.
- Cut the vacuum line at an angle and wrap the end with sealant tape.
- Insert the resin feed line through the vacuum film and carefully seal the connection with sealant tape.
