Are there large cracks in the concrete floor on which you are planning to apply a resin floor? With these crack connectors you can stabilise the crack and help prevent further movement. Secure the connectors by filling the slots and crack with a mixture of epoxy and Stewathix. This ensures that the repair remains virtually invisible after finishing.
The connectors are supplied in a pack of 50 pieces and measure 6 x 70 mm.
Directions for use
- Cut slots perpendicular to the crack using an angle grinder (make a slot every 15 cm).
- Place the connectors into the cut slots.
- Fill the crack with a mixture of epoxy and Stewathix (a fluid mixture may be used).
- Level the epoxy and allow the mixture to cure.
- Sand the floor and finish it as desired.
