Product description

Repair gelcoat damage to your boat easily with this complete gelcoat repair kit. This kit contains all the materials you need for a professional gelcoat repair. The repair kit contains a non-waxed polyester topcoat that is easy to apply. 

How to use the gelcoat repair kit

First prepare the repair area by sanding the surface well. Then mix the topcoat thoroughly with the hardener in the provided mixing cup. After careful mixing, the polyester topcoat is ready to use to repair cracks and scratches in your boat. Apply the topcoat and let it cure for at least 48 hours.  

For best results, we recommend sanding and polishing after applying the topcoat. If done correctly, the repair will be virtually invisible. We have a complete polishing set for gelcoat repairs for this.

Do you need to repair a crack or hole in a polyester laminate first? Then you can combine this set with a polyester repair kit.
