Are you building your own hot tub and want to make it waterproof? Polyester is an excellent solution. With this complete hot tub package you have everything you need to make your hot tub waterproof or re-waterproof using vinylester resin. The package is available in two shades of blue and is easy to apply for DIY enthusiasts!

Step-by-step guide for the hot tub package

To waterproof your hot tub with the hot tub package follow these steps:

  • Thoroughly clean the hot tub and apply the adhesive primer for a good bond between the wood and the vinylester resin.
  • Round off the inside corners of the hot tub with stewathix and vinylester resin.
  • Laminate 2 layers of chopped strand mat with vinylester resin.
  • After curing, sand the surface .
  • Apply Polyester Gelcoat with a roller.
  • Apply Polyester Topcoat with a roller.
