High-quality HDPE mould in the shape of a 5-sided pyramid (pentagonal). This pyramid gives a spectacular view into the heart of the pyramid.
This mould is made of HDPE (high-density polyethene) to which epoxy will not adhere. HDPE moulds are easy to dissolve and last many times longer than silicone moulds. Be careful though because you will scratch HDPE quickly.
Epoxy resin and pigments
Use the right epoxy to make pentagonal pyramids from epoxy. RESION UV Epoxy or RESION UV Resin Art Epoxy LV (low viscosity) are top quality UV resistant epoxies. With these resins, you can easily make castings of up to 3 cm. For larger castings (up to 10 cm), we recommend using RESION Epoxy for large castings.
Resin art pigments are used to add colour to epoxy. Combine with different pigments to create beautiful pyramids. You can choose, for example, from our luxurious MetalTint Mica powders or popular Resi-Tint MAX pigment pastes.
