Tired of air bubbles in your castings? Can’t remove them with a torch? Then this vacuum degassing set is the perfect solution for you!
You can use this set to remove air bubbles from various resins, such as epoxy, polyester and polyurethane. In addition, you can use the degassing set to remove air bubbles from silicone rubber. By removing air bubbles from the resin, you achieve a better casting result!
Besides degassing casting resins, you can also use this set to remove moisture from materials and objects (e.g. drying mobile phones). This vacuum degassing set can also be used when making essential oils.
The pump is easy to operate and works quickly. The vacuum vent set includes a pump, dome, valve on the dome, hose, hose clamp, hose connection for the pump and oil for the pump. With this set, you have everything you need to achieve a professional casting result!
Variants
The vacuum degassing set is available in different variants. You can choose from two different vacuum pumps and two different vacuum dome sizes.
- BILTEC Vacuum Pump (standard)
A simple pump with a capacity of 2.5 m3/h.
- BILTEC Vacuum Pump (with vacuum gauge)
This pump has a vacuum gauge to accurately monitor the vacuum level. In addition, this pump has a valve that closes when the pump is turned off. This prevents oil from flowing from the pump into the hose.
