Tired of air bubbles in your castings? And can't you get them out with a burner? Then this vacuum vent set is the perfect solution for you!
You can use this set to remove air bubbles from various resins such as epoxy, polyester and polyurethane. In addition, you can use the vent set to remove air bubbles from silicone rubber. By removing air bubbles from the resin, you get a better casting result!
Besides venting casting resins, you can also use this set for removing moisture from materials and objects (e.g. drying mobile phones). This vacuum venting set is also used for making essential oils.
The pump is easy to operate and works quickly. The vacuum vent set includes a pump, dome, valve on the dome, hose, hose clamp, hose connection to the pump and oil for the pump. With this set you have all you need to achieve a professional casting result!
Variants
The vacuum vent set is available in different variants. Thus, you have the choice of two different vacuum pumps and two different sizes of vacuum domes.
- BILTEC Vacuum Pump (Standard)
A simple pump with a capacity of 2.5 m3/h.
- BILTEC Vacuum Pump (with pressure gauge)
This pump has a pressure gauge to accurately record the pressure achieved. In addition, this pump has a valve that closes when the pump is turned off. This prevents oil from leaking from the pump into the hose. This pump has a capacity of 2.5 m3/h.
