RESION Leveling Epoxy
- Eliminates seams
- For major repairs
- Stronger than smoothing compound
Do you want to level your rough concrete floor for a reasonable price? This epoxy levelling mortar smoothens out uneven substrates. Concrete floors with a rough structure or with pits in it can be perfectly smoothed out with this. The epoxy levelling compound can be used as a wearing surface, but can also be coated with our epoxy floor coating, epoxy cast floor or PU cast floor.
Benefits of levelling epoxy
- Flattens the substrate, allowing you to smoothen the floor as desired.
- Odourless, so can also be used in an occupied home.
- Easy to use.
- Flats out well.
- Very fast curing, hard the next day.
Instructions for use
The levelling epoxy must be applied to a primed floor. Mix the supplied epoxy and hardener in a tub with a spiral mixer and add the corresponding powder. Mix this to a smooth substance and pour the levelling epoxy in strips over the floor. Spread with a flat trowel, floor squeegee or squeegee in the desired thickness, after which the epoxy flows out to a tight floor without structure.
After a night's hardening, the floor is ready to be walked on again. Now finish the floor within 24 hours with the floor system of your choice.
Applications
Some applications for the levelling epoxy:
- Levelling a rough concrete floor.
- Repairing/filling holes and cracks in a concrete floor.
