Double Coat Silk Gloss is a high-quality 2-component lacquer with a silk gloss appearance. You use this varnish to embellish and protect polyester, epoxy, PVC, metal or wood. Due to its high scratch resistance and long colour retention, Double Coat Silk Gloss is extremely suitable as a boat varnish. This product is always supplied with the corresponding hardener.

Application Double Coat Silk Gloss
DD Paint Silk Gloss is suitable for almost any application and situation. The Double Coat paint is known for its high colour and scratch resistance. In addition, the product offers long-lasting protection against UV light. This makes DD Lacquer very suitable for giving your boat a new colour, for example. Even after a longer period of time, the polyester varnish is easy to polish, allowing you to easily correct any damages and scratches. Use Double Coat Silk Gloss for applications above the waterline. The paint is supplied including hardener.

Instructions for use
Before applying Double Coat Silk Gloss, the surface should be well prepared (sanded to 280-grit paper and degreased). Some substrates (wood, metal) must be primed (use HB coating or ZF primer). When using colours DC 842 (orange) and DC 845 (red), we recommend applying a base coat of ochre yellow (DC 837).

Processing: spraying (also airless) is recommended, use in combination with the right spray thinner
