What is Froth-Pak?

Froth-Pak is a sprayable PU foam of the highest quality. The insulating foam solidifies in about 60 seconds and is completely hardened after 10 minutes. With an exceptionally high insulation value, Froth-Pak not only adds structural support to various surfaces, such as wood, metal and glass, but also dampens sound, fills voids and ensures a perfect air seal. One of the advantages of the Froth-Pak PUR foam is that it adheres well and has a closed cell structure, making the product very suitable for insulation jobs on ceilings and vertical surfaces.

Furthermore, Froth-Pak complies with European regulations regarding fluorinated greenhouse gases. It contains the most environmentally friendly blowing agent, HFO, instead of HFC. This gives it a very low global warming potential (GWP), making it a more sustainable choice for your projects.

How much Froth-Pak do I need?

Determine the desired surface that you want to insulate and the desired thickness of the insulating foam. To then calculate how much Froth-Pak you need for your project, you can use the information below.

• 400 Litres
  The large package contains 400 litres. When applied at a thickness of 3 cm it  covers approximately 13 m2 and when applied at a thickness of 10 cm it covers approximately 4 m2.
• 1400 Litres
  The extra large package contains 1400 litres. When applied at a thickness of 3 cm it covers approximately 45 m2 and when applied at a thickness of 10 cm it covers approximately 14 m2.
