Versachem Plastic Welder is a very strong 2-component methyl methacrylate adhesive for bonding hard plastics such as ABS, acrylic, PVC, vinyl etc. This product is impact-resistant and particularly suitable for bonding plastics to each other or to various materials such as glass, ceramics, metal, stainless steel and wood. Only minimal preparation is necessary before bonding.
This adhesive does not bond to polyethylene (LDPE, HDPE) or polypropylene. For this application, please order 3M DP8005 or 3M DP8010.
